Oops – what do I do if we get a fine/infringement?
  • It is best to get it paid straight away – this is the cheapest option for you.
  • If for some reason you forget to pay your toll or infringement, we then need to arrange for the toll/infringement to be changed into the person who hired the vehicles name. You are then required to pay the fine directly to the issuing authority. This process costs us $60 and this will be passed on to you as well as a $30 administration fee.
  • Fines, tolls and infringements need to be paid before Jupiter receives a notice for the fine.
  • If you wish to discuss your fine, you must contact the issuing authority.
